Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
Consultation Sessions
Fees for one-off consultations (e.g. Board Selection, Stream Discovery, Career Discovery) are non-refundable once the consultation is conducted. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any online payment processing gateway fees) or a free reschedule.
Package Programs
For modular packages (including Experiential Career Exploration), refunds are only eligible before the access keys codes/links for psychometric tests or career simulations are issued. Once simulations or assessment portals or portal links have been issued, activated, or accessed, or an assessment report has been generated and shared, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment route within 5–7 business days of written cancellation confirmation.
