Scope of Services
We provide career coaching, academic curriculum counsel (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge), student profile auditing, stream selection mapping, and experiential industry explorations. All consultations are advisory; final decisions and academic choices remain the sole responsibility of the student and parent.
Bookings & Confirmation
All sessions must be scheduled in advance. A session booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of the pre-session discovery Intake forms.
Session Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be rescheduled and will be charged in full.
Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All roadmaps, report structures, assessment tools, and custom checklists provided are for the client's personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised sharing, public distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We provide guidance based on certified coaching methodologies and psychometric evaluations. We do not guarantee school/college admissions, exam outcomes, or specific career success. In no event shall liability exceed the fee paid for the specific service.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions and psychometric assessments is treated confidentially and used only for providing career guidance. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with the client's written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legal, professional, or operational requirements. Any updates will be published on this page together with the revised effective date. By continuing to use this website after such changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
